The AI chatbot is an intelligent digital assistant that allows users to ask questions in natural language — for example: “How many investments have been implemented in Western Serbia?” or “Which areas have the highest number of beneficiaries? The chatbot provides direct answers from the SCAP database.
Can the chatbot generate reports?
Yes. The chatbot is connected to the Power BI system and can help generate interactive reports and real-time visualizations — no technical expertise required.
What does it mean that the tool is ‘interactive’?
Users can filter and explore data by region, type of investment, or production sector, and compare results on maps, charts, and tables.
Are the data reliable and up to date?
Yes. The data are drawn directly from the official SCAP project monitoring system and updated regularly.
How does the platform improve transparency?

Does the platform display personal data of beneficiaries?
